This is a leadership role for someone with passion for People and Property, ambition, drive and vision, and a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.You will lead and inspire your team, set best practice standards, and ensure compliance with all letting legislation. You will be responsible for growing the business, building strong client relationships and delivering a best-in-class service. This is a leadership role requiring commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to coach and develop others.Our client is looking for an ambitious, proactive, “New Business Focused” leader who will drive the Letting Department forward, mentoring and motivating the team to meet and, wherever possible, exceed targets, while delivering an exceptional client experience.
