Private Client Tax Manager - Growing Firm of Chartered AccountantsNorthampton£50,000 to £65,000 Butler Rose is partnering with an award‑winning, well‑established, forward‑thinking accountancy practice recently named Large Firm of the Year at the 2025 Xero Awards, to recruit a Private Client Tax Manager to join their team, supporting a diverse portfolio of private clients across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities Oversee the personal tax compliance process, including drafting and reviewing Self‑Assessment tax returns. Provide tailored personal tax planning advice on areas such as income structuring, capital gains, inheritance tax, and residency matters. Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to deliver joined‑up, comprehensive client solutions. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact. Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and professional growth. Requirements ACA, ACCA, CTA (or equivalent) qualification. Demonstrable experience in personal tax advisory and compliance work. Solid technical understanding of UK personal tax legislation. Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage client relationships. Capable of handling multiple deadlines and prioritising work effectively. What's on Offer?
