Department: Retail Location: John Lewis, Solihull Contract Type: Permanent Weekly Hours: 15 hours across 2 days - flexibility required Seniority level: Executive Employment type: Part-time Job function: Other Industries: Cosmetics What Will You Do? Sales Proactively drive sales, meet personal and counter targets, strive to exceed set targets. Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients about the product and treatment range. Participate fully in promotional/PR activity and ensure promotion/event success. Assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels. Customer Service Carry out treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard in accordance with clients’ requirements and as per the training received to strive for repeat bookings (therapists only). Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients’ needs and take into account medical contraindications. Maintain the Elemis counter, site and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard, handle any client complaints promptly and consult the Account Management Team in all cases. Keep all client details confidential, locked away and never discuss with inappropriate parties inside or outside the Company.
