Whether its a glow up or a game changing product theyre after youll be part of making every customer feel their absolute best.About the roleReporting to the Assistant Manager youll work across all premium/luxury beauty brands offering expert unbiased advice to customers giving them the best experience in store.This is a sales-based role. Youll have targets to meet and were about working as a team (not competing against each other for sales) so you wont be on performance-based commission. Instead we provide up to 1000* annual product allowance for you personally test love and recommend our products.This is a fun place to be so youll really get to use your sales and communication skills as you approach and interact with lots of customers with a variety of needs throughout the day.Were proud of our stores so you will always keep the premium beauty hall and make up counters looking their best. We are looking for candidates to join us onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers needs. Your basic hours will be 20.5 hours per week and your days of work will be alternate Sunday and Wednesday. Every Monday and Thursday.
