Senior Consultant - Battery, EV & Gigafactory Recruitment About the Role We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee small-scale projects within the automotive sector. You will manage multiple initiatives aimed at improving production processes, efficiency, and quality, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, technically demanding manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver small-scale projects from initiation through to completion. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, report risks, and maintain programme documentation. Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within automotive operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues. Mentor and guide team members involved in project execution. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in programme or project management within automotive manufacturing or similar sectors. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
