Programme Manager

We are looking for a Programme Manager in this brand new role where you will initially be assigned to a complex programme focussed on achieving an ambition to reach every newly diagnosed stroke survivor in the UK.

**Position**: SIT22 Programme Manager

**Location**: Homebased

**Hours**: 35 hours per week

**Salary**: £40,000 (inner London weighting £3,299 per annum or outer London weighting £1,755 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)

**Contract**: Permanent

**The Role**

The Strategy and Planning team supports programmes, projects and business improvement across the charity and are now increasing the capacity to be able to support new strategic change programmes, as well as other planned development work.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each directorate and team is accountable for contributing and delivering against the programme of work and change initiatives by challenging and supporting in equal measure. They will work acrossall directorates within the Association and will seek to enable the continued development of the delivery programme through facilitating closer working relationships, purposeful ways of working, and fit for purpose processes and procedures.

**About You**

The Programme Manager will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to facilitate decision-making and collaboration as the role will include leading the strategic coordination of a number of work streams, including several pilot projects.

This role will be varied and will need to evolve in an agile way. The Programme Manager will need to be able to be flexible in the face of changing business needs and priorities.
