We’re gearing up to launch an exciting new project in the coming weeks and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team. Given the fast turnaround, we’re particularly interested in candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period. Must have previous experience working in the public sector with GDS and be willing to attend/run workshops across the UK once or twice a month.RequirementsGovernment experienceGDS experienceExperience working with UCD colleagues (User Researchers, UX Designers)Strong ownership of user stories, including running 3 Amigos sessions, elaboration and refinementFamiliar with accessibility requirementsWilling to attend and run in-person sessions (Birmingham, London, Leeds – approx. monthly)Comfortable running Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning)Requirements elicitation and analysis across complex environmentsSkilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and managing backlogs (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience mapping processes, identifying gaps and opportunitiesAbility to interpret data, perform impact assessments and support decision-makingStrong workshop facilitation skillsExperience producing clear documentation (process flows, user journeys, functional specs)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguityComfortable working across multiple workstreams simultaneouslyBenefitsCompetitive rate - Contract Inside IR35Remote WorkingSupportive consultancy environmentWe are committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
