Customer Representative – Valpak Limited Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon Salary: £26,800 – £28,000 per year Valpak is a UK‑based provider of environmental compliance solutions. With partnerships with more than 400 customers worldwide, we help organisations meet environmental regulations through data‑driven solutions. About the role The EPR Customer Representative is a customer‑focused role that supports a portfolio of key customers as the primary point of contact. Working closely with the EPR Data Consultant, you will ensure timely and accurate submissions, maximise value, address issues proactively and identify upselling opportunities. Key accountabilities Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts covering all Producer Responsibility legislation (Packaging, EPR, Plastic Packaging Tax, WEEE, Batteries) across a multi‑tiered service offering. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with EPR Data Consultants to create, share and adhere to critical paths; share progress, queries and expectations with the Data Insights Analyst. Timely and Accurate Submissions: Partner with the EPR Data Consultant to plan and deliver submissions before deadlines; ensure regulatory compliance; lead audits; provide bespoke training. Industry & Service Knowledge: Keep up to date with industry developments, policy updates and service enhancements. Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships; facilitate communication; share insights; lead customer meetings; represent Valpak at audits and events. Service Growth: Identify customer needs; collaborate with operations to innovate and enhance services; generate cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. What we need from you Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A customer‑centric approach. Ability to absorb large amounts of technical information quickly. High IT literacy in MS‑suite. Solution‑oriented problem‑solving ability. Collaborative working style. Excellent planning, scheduling and organisation skills. Qualifications Full, clean UK driving licence. Minimum: Education to at least A‑level standard or equivalent. Desirable: Degree level education or equivalent. What we offer Dual location / hybrid working.
