Facilities Apprentice – Kickstart Your Career in Facilities Management
Are you ready to build a career in facilities management while gaining a nationally recognised qualification? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Facilities Apprentice to join our Norwich team and complete a Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Facilities Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
Facilities administration – supporting with reports, tracking data, and reviewing costs
Project support – assisting with small scopes of work, planning, and job allocation
Job management – raising jobs on our system, setting timeframes, and monitoring progress
Procurement – ordering and costing materials, raising purchase orders (POs)
Operational support – shadowing skilled professionals across the department
Cleaning and maintenance – contributing to the upkeep of our facilities

We’re seeking someone who is:
Organised and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple tasks and track data accurately
A strong communicator – comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
Tech-savvy – confident using systems and tools to support facilities operations
Eager to learn – passionate about developing skills in a fast-paced environment
Team-focused – willing to get stuck in and support wherever needed
