Position Financial Planning Administrator Company A well respected and professional financial planning firm with ambitious growth plans. Role The Financial Planning Administrator will be a key member of the team and will be involved in all aspects of client service administration and financial planning support to a growing team of financial planners and paraplanners. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate client meetings. Support compliant new business submissions by completing and distributing all relevant internal and external documentation. Actively manage the progress of new business submissions and ensure the CRM system is updated correctly. Act as the primary interface for client queries from both internal and external clients, including individual clients, trusts, Court of Protection clients, and Power of Attorneys. Prepare client review reports, issue financial planning recommendation reports, and process withdrawal requests. Liaise with third parties regarding letters of authority; request policy information, fund switches and instruct transfers of stock and/or cash. Candidate Financial services administration experience – ideally IFA Administration, financial planning, wealth management or investment management. Appreciation of compliance and regulatory knowledge. Experience using client management systems / financial planning tools. Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and demonstrate excellent written skills. Competent administration of investment and advised products. Experience with Trusts and Charities (bonus).
