My client is a fully independent nationwide Financial Advisory firm, providing sound Financial Advice to both businesses and individuals across Pensions, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Tax and Investments.We are urgently seeking an experienced Administrator to join an existing team who are responsible for providing Administration support for both the Financial Advisers and Directors of the business. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for the following:Arranging basic administration requirements from file notes as instructedCollating costs & charges information for annual review purposesPreparing valuations / client packs for client meetingsSending off letters by email and post as requiredScanning and administrative duties as requiredTelephoning clients when requiredDay to day reception dutiesTo be responsible for the main reception duties during opening hours, including:Answering and directing telephone callsOpening of post in morning & allocation to staffDealing with clients at the front desk in a polite and courteous mannerArranging refreshments for clients and advisers as necessaryTaking accurate messages for advisers and members of staff as necessaryUndertaking photocopying / scanning duties as requestedFranking of outgoing postEnsuring sufficient supplies of stationery / consumables / sundriesIdeally, we would be seeking an individual who has around 1+ years experience working within a Financial Advisory firm as an Administrator or PA.
