We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our Engineering team, providing technical support to manufacturing operations and contributing to the success of our business.What You’ll Do:Ensure the mechanical and electrical integrity of plant equipment through planned maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding.Monitor and improve plant performance while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.Collaborate with colleagues and contractors, acting as a champion for engineering excellence.Complete essential documentation and communicate effectively during shift handovers.What We’re Looking For:A time-served engineering qualification with expertise in electrical, PLCs, mechanical, hydraulic, and steam systems.Electrical qualificationsExperience in FMCG manufacturing environments (preferred).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, where your skills will directly impact production efficiency and safety.This is a Monday to Thursday role - 6pm - 4am, Salary £50k - £55k.Ready to make an impact?
