Maintenance Planner

**Carnaby - Bridlington**
**Full time permanent, 40 hours**

Dunbia Carnaby, are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Planne at their site in Bridlington. East Yorkshire.

Dunbia are a meat processing company with over 250 employees on its site in Carnaby. We are looking for reliable flexible applicants to work in the factory as a hygiene cleaner. Full training is available.Dunbia are Europes leading meat supplier.

**General Duties**:

- Ensuring Engineering targets are met within deadlines, without compromising quality or
control of costs.
- Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained.
- Ensuring that Quality, Health & Safety and other Company policies are adhered to and
liaising with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved.
- Working within the Company Mission, Vision & Values.
**Specific Duties**:

- Responsible for the Piranha Engineering Management System ( this will be discussed at
interivew and is an internal bespoke system )
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Planning & Reporting
- Creating and allocating corrective Work Orders
- Generating pre op reports and taking appropriate follow ups
- Producing Corrective Action Reports
- Creating Work Orders
- Responsible for the OEM’s planned servicing scheduling
- Outstanding job follow ups
- Keep Audit information updated, e.g. gun calibration, service records, fly killers etc
- Permits for contractors weekend work
- Permit transfer to database
- Weekly Engineering performance report
- Cover for the Engineering Stores Co-ordinator
- Adhering to all work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
