HR Business Partner, 12 months Interim, FMCGCoventry, HybridAbout Our ClientPageGroup are delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG business based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join for a 12 months interim role.Due to the nature of this sector, the role is mostly site-based but can offer some hybrid working - business needs dependent. Circa 4-5 days per week on-site.Job DescriptionReporting to the HR Director and part of the site SLT, this varied and fast-paced role offers an excellent career opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fantastic transformation phase for this prestigious brand.The role of HRBP will oversee a small team and include:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goalsPartner with management and leadership to provide expert advice on people mattersOversee the team to lead employee relations activitiesSupport talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance reviews.Drive engagement programmes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Manage change projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.Collaborate with other HR departments to deliver integrated HR services.Support the wider HR team with UK HR projects and initiativesThe Successful ApplicantA successful HR Business Partner should have:Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast paced sector such as manufacturing, distribution, FMCG etcIdeally you will have experience of working with trade unions in previous rolesAbility to build excellent stakeholder relationshipsWhat's on OfferUp to circa £64,500Car Allowance £7000Bonus up to 10%Hybrid working - business needs dependent #J-18808-Ljbffr
