Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria AAT qualified or Graduate CCAB Qualified or currently studying for a CCAB qualification with significant Managements Accounts experience Desirable criteria Financial Accounts experience Substantive Employment Essential criteria Current employee of a LAASP organisation Knowledge and Expertise Essential criteria Excellent analysis skills Computer literate to include spreadsheet, databases and indepth financial knowledge Demonstrated numeracy and literacy skills Knowledge and practical experience of operating integrated financial systems Desirable criteria Knowledge of the Oracle Integrated Financial system Experience Essential criteria Experience of delivering a complete high quality management accounts service Experience of producing monthly financial reporting in a complex organisation Experience of developing business cases, providing financial expertise, costing and input Desirable criteria Significant NHS experience.
