The role is therefore ideal for someone looking to build a career in Supply Chain, Operations and / or Customer Operations in the sports and apparel industry.This role will have responsibility for managing stock levels in our onsite warehouse, coordinating the movement of product into, within and out of our site in Leeds in conjunction with relevant teams.This role will also work closely across the Demand, Supply Planning, Customer Operations & Warehouse teams to ensure the role holder has a deep understanding of the wider Supply Chain & Operations functions.The role will become pivotal in ensuring we can flex resource capacity across teams in line with seasonal demand.ResponsibilitiesCoreOversee the control of Teamwear stock across our three stock holding locations. The main focus will be the stock holding we have on site in Leeds in conjunction with the storage of our stock at our central Distribution Centre’s in the UK (Knowsley) and EU (Venray, Holland)Ensure we have the right levels of stock on site in our warehouse in line with forecasted requirements by coordinating the replenishment of stock into our onsite warehouse from our Central DCs.Manage the movement of goods on our ERP system (Net Suite).Coordinate with our DC team to plan Inbound, Internal and Outbound stock movements.Resolve any delivery and stock transfer discrepancies.Systematically manage shared stock within our ERP system. Moving shared stock across Castore business units in line with other business units' requirements.Additional SupportSupport the Demand and Forecasting process in the creation of demand plans and converting this demand proposal into a buy plan.Support the Supply Planning team in managing the production of purchase orders at our overseas based manufacturing partners, helping to ensure that POs are manufactured on time and in full.Support the Customer Operations team in creating and fulfilling customer Sales Orders, helping to ensure that SOs are fulfilled on time and in full.ProfileExperienced in at least one of the following areas : Stock reporting, working with overseas manufacturing vendors, working within a warehouse environment, Customer Services or Customer Operations environmentExperience in working in either a Demand, Supply Planning, Customer Operations or Warehouse administration environment.Experience in using ERP and WMS systems.Ability to convert data into easily understood insights.Effective communicator at all levels.Highly computer literate, with sound knowledge of Excel and inventory systems.Passionate about the Castore brand and Sport in general.Detail orientatedConfident, genuine and act with integrityAlways positiveBringing fresh ideas to the tableAble to work collaboratively, achieving outstanding results, sometimes under pressure and to tight deadlinesFlexible, proactive and open to change.
