Join a dynamic operational team committed to being the leading independent provider of commercial waste services. You will support administrative and operational functions, ensuring accurate data recording and effective communication between customers and drivers. Your contributions will directly impact growth and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Liaise with operational personnel to ensure all systems are accurate and up to date. Manage departmental administration activities efficiently. Build positive relationships with customers to enhance service delivery. Minimise invoice queries and investigate customer credit requests. Ensure all data input is accurate and completed on time. Complete end-of-week checks ahead of the monthly invoice run. Resolve missed collections and invoice queries promptly. Use IT systems effectively to record all relevant data. Maintain clear communication with key accounts regarding service issues. Contact missed customers to inform them of rescheduled collection dates. Requirements Strong administration skills. Experience with Microsoft applications. Excellent customer service skills. A team player mentality. Ability to work on your own initiative. What Would Make You Stand Out Experience in customer service or operational support. Familiarity with data management systems.
