We are looking for an energetic, field‑based EV Electrician (Installation Manager) to join us and help scale the business in the North of England. What You Will Be Doing Oversee contractors on all aspects of the installation process Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements Conduct on‑site commissioning and provide remote support to manage communications with CKs operating systems Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards Provide professional assessments and advice for customers and offer 2nd line support Fault find, diagnose, and report issues Support research and development testing activities Complete full and detailed site surveys Custom circuit design Ensure all accidents, incidents, near‑misses, and non‑conformances are fully reported Be in the field, ensuring excellent service for our customers Requirements Qualified electrician with experience in domestic and commercial 3‑phase work NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification, 18th Edition preferable A professional approach to all aspects of work Full valid driving licence Understanding of industry governance and compliance EV car charging experience (preferred) Comfortable with basic software set‑ups of chargers and use of IT equipment – training will be given if required Experience with data cabling Preferred Skills And Experience CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification preferred Benefits Competitive salary Competitive Pension Scheme Flexible working hours and hybrid working model 28 days of holidays and generous family leave policies Central London location (Soho) Lots of opportunities to socialise Why Choose Connected Kerb We are very passionate about people and will work with you to define opportunities to develop your career Lots of opportunities to really develop your expertise in all key delivery functions A flat organisation, where exceptional talent can make a real impact A diverse and exciting work atmosphere, working with passionate and talented teams Connected Kerb is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees.
