EV Electrical Supervisor/electrician
We're looking for a highly experienced electrician or current EV installer to join us as an EV Installer with supervisory responsibility to work on our contract installing top of the line EV Charging Points in the North of England with a willingness to travelto our head office in Manchester on occasion to discuss strategy.

Initially the role will require you to work with management to shape the policy, procedure and operating code of practice for the business, before transitioning into a field role. You will help shape our compliance procedure, H&S procedure and code of practiceamongst others.
For 4 days a week, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the network of EV Charging Points, in a localised area, while representing the company in a professional manner. Customer engagement and service are as important in this role as the technicalskills to complete the installations. A keen attention and focus on Health and Safety is also paramount for our installers. As the market develops, you will transition away from installation to focus more on management of personnel and signing off installationsof the workforce.
One day a week will be dedicated to signing off electrical certificates and auditing installations - as our operation grows this responsibility will grow until this is your main task.
You will act as the day to day first line contact between Search and the Client.

**Requirements**:

- Core electrical qualification
- 18th Edition
- Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)
- 5 years experience as an electrician
- Knowledge of safe working practices, H&S and compliance in electrical environments
- Full UK Drivers License
- Ability to complete 2.5 jobs on average per day (2 installs and a maintenance job)
- Ability to work in a commercial and domestic environment, with the customer service skills to go with this
- Experience running teams
Nice to have but not essential
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
