Job Details Job Title: AdministratorDepartment: Operations – Provider Business SupportLocation: LiverpoolContract Type: PermanentReporting to: Joe Scott The Team The Provider Business Support team provides liaison between Rathbones and external financial firms which have significant mutual client relationships. These include primarily providers of tax “wrappers” such as SIPPs and Offshore Bonds. The team also has interactions with intermediary adviser firms with whom Rathbones has a strategic relationship. The team’s main responsibility is to ensure Rathbones uphold contractual and regulatory requirements with regards to SIPP and Offshore Bond accounts. Responsibilities Deliver service excellence. Protect client assets. Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Make a positive contribution to the team’s new and existing initiatives. Provide a professional and reliable service for clients, investment managers, advisers, and product providers. Adhere to the team’s current SLAs and all regulatory requirements. Be accountable for administrative tasks within the team in line with the team’s procedures manual. Actively participate in the 4+1 habits from Lean methodology, including dynamic visual management boards, appropriate team meeting involvement, continuous improvement through identification and resolution of issues, and standard operating procedures. Support continuous improvement across the team, leading to enhancements in efficiency and client and customer experience (CX/UX). Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new and existing IT systems. Operate within the Group data governance framework and maintain data quality and integrity. Adhere to conduct rules and act with integrity. Understand CASS-related processes relevant to the team and escalate any issues to the manager. Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external. Qualifications Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to grasp new tasks quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Client‑service focus. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A team player able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to build constructive relationships with staff at various levels.
