About The Role Airwallex is revolutionizing global banking, and the EMEA Revenue Strategy & Operations team is key to building product‑market fit and shaping our growth strategy. As part of this team you will lead a team to identify high‑impact, cross‑functional priorities and support delivery. What You’ll Do Drive year‑over‑year revenue growth by optimising go‑to‑market strategy for Airwallex products and channels, shaping strategies with detailed local market knowledge. Lead growth expansion projects to expand Airwallex’ presence in EMEA by partnering across stakeholders. Advocate for the voice of the customer, creating customer‑centric strategies to improve experience, retention, and product adoption. Drive competitive intelligence and market understanding to inform GTM strategies and product‑market fit. Shape product strategy to expand Airwallex’ offering in EMEA, working with senior commercial and product leaders. What You Bring Strategic thinker and analytical approach to developing strategies. Bias for action, getting things done to drive tangible outcomes. Comfortable working in ambiguity in a fast‑paced startup environment. Collaborative across functions and cultures. Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems to stakeholders. What You Have 8+ years of work experience, ideally in top‑tier strategy consulting, startups, or commercial leadership. Strong record in managing teams and coaching junior members. Strong analytical skills, including data modelling and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Outstanding academic record. Fintech, financial services, or technology experience in a high‑growth environment is advantageous.
