Company Description Working From is looking for a Home Host to join the team at The Hoxton, Southwark in London. The area is known for its colourful history, and we’re located near Blackfriars Bridge, Waterloo and London Bridge stations. Working From Our desk offers a view and a comfortable, home‑like environment, with all the comforts you need to work efficiently, while avoiding distractions. Job Description The role works shifts across all 7 days a week with start times of 7 am and finish times possibly as late as 10 pm. Greet all members and guests, ensuring they have everything they need efficiently. Set up day passes on arrival and induct members into the space. Handle incoming sales calls, enquiries and tours when the sales team isn’t available. Restock pantries, stationery cupboards and keep each floor looking tidy throughout the shift. Manage stock, including monthly stock take. Create weekly, daily and monthly reports for management when required. Own the front desk and all aspects of it for a smooth experience for our members. Setup and manage meeting rooms before and after meetings, and handle the booking calendar. Equip hosts with solid knowledge on our property management systems after training. Receive and process all member mail and deliveries, ensuring safe delivery. Respond immediately to members via Workplace and resolve any issues. Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area. Assist housekeeping and cafe team during busy times, including covering breaks for the barista. Support the engagement team with daily member requests. Assist the management team in engaging members and developing plans to meet their needs. Attend all required training. Adhere to all company standards and SOPs. Write handover notes and send them to management. Report and ensure maintenance and building issues (e.g., IT) are dealt with. Conduct the opening checklist round of the building. Conduct the closing checklist round of the building. Ensure deliveries are stocked promptly in storage cupboards. Deliver orders to desk service for all members.
