If you’re passionate about client care and want to make a real difference in a supportive, dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you What your typical day will look like Provide exceptional service to clients while ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and the clinical team. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team, fostering a positive experience at every visit. Deliver outstanding client service throughout each interaction, ensuring clients feel valued, informed, and confident in the care their pets receive. Greet clients warmly, provide support and guidance, process payments accurately, and efficiently manage future bookings. Coordinate the smooth operation of daily practice activities using the online booking system, demonstrating strong computer literacy and meticulous attention to detail. As a brand-new practice, we offer both full‑time and part‑time opportunities. We value a healthy work/life balance and are happy to discuss shift patterns to suit your needs. Some weekend work will be required, but there are no out-of‑hours duties. The attributes required Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care role is preferred. Act as the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets upon arrival at the practice. Provide clear guidance and support by maintaining a thorough knowledge of all practice services and additional offerings. Demonstrate a calm, attentive approach, consistently focusing on clients’ needs and providing reassurance when required. Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service and pet care. Handle a variety of situations with professionalism and empathy—from comforting clients during difficult moments to sharing in the joy of a pet’s first visit. Contribute to a warm, supportive, and team‑oriented environment, helping to create a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
