Our mission is to stimulate ideas and foster innovation in education.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Student Recruitment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with educational agencies, schools, and other organisations to recruit students for UniHive\'s education programmes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of international student recruitment, and a passion for helping students reach their potential.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development and Management: Identify, engage, and establish strong partnerships with educational agencies, schools, and other key stakeholders in target markets.Student Recruitment: Drive student recruitment efforts by collaborating with partner agencies and schools to promote UniHive’s programmes and services.Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to achieve recruitment targets. Organise and conduct presentations, seminars, and informational sessions for partner institutions.Market Analysis: Conduct research and analyse trends in international education to identify new opportunities for recruitment and expansion.Collaboration: Work closely with the other departments and campus operations teams to align recruitment strategies and strengthen UniHive’s market position.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development and marketing in the international student recruitment sector.Proven track record of building partnerships and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and other recruitment activities.What We OfferCompetitive salary, commission and bonus packageThe chance to make a meaningful impact on students\' lives by connecting them with transformative educational opportunities.Job DetailsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Base salary range: £44,000.00-£54,000.00 per year; Additional pay: commission and annual bonusSchedule: Flexitime, travel as required; Monday to Friday; Weekend availabilityWork Location: Hybrid remote in Cambridge CB1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
