Role Overview As a Personal Assistant you will provide high‑level administrative support to senior leaders, manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, coordinate meetings and events, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Provide executive support, including diary and calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential documents with discretion. Prepare and format reports, board papers, presentations and business documentation, record meeting minutes and track action points. Support project progress monitoring and ensure tasks and milestones are completed on time. Collaborate with colleagues, apprentices and junior staff to structure and support efficient task completion. Maintain accurate records across systems such as Salesforce and Notion. Assist with compliance and governance activities to align with Indevor’s standards of excellence. Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, supporting our Gold accreditation from Investors in People. Identify and implement process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and support senior leadership.
