We deliver high‑quality, compliant, and energy‑saving solutions that foster warm, safe homes and improved quality of life.Key Responsibilities of a Site Manager – Energy Services (UK Projects)Lead the safe delivery of energy, heating, and compliance projects across multiple sites, ensuring all work meets Sureserve’s high standards for quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and workflow management.Uphold energy compliance standards and ensure all activities are carried out according to legal, company, and industry regulations, including Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH requirements.Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, residents, and internal teams, providing timely updates and managing expectations to ensure a positive project experience for all stakeholders.Oversee site logistics, project documentation, and reporting, ensuring accurate records are kept both electronically and manually.Deliver on Sureserve’s mission to decarbonise homes, drive energy savings, and promote sustainable best practice on‑site.Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience in Site Management for Energy and Compliance ProjectsDemonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the energy, compliance, social housing, or construction sectors.Proven track record in the successful delivery of multi‑site and/or large‑scale energy or heating projects.Strong leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to motivate site teams and maintain high standards under pressure.Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities for dealing with clients, residents, and colleagues with professionalism and respect.Comprehensive knowledge of current Health & Safety and compliance regulations relevant to energy and construction delivery.Competent IT skills with the ability to manage reporting systems and project documentation.Role RequirementsIOSH Managing Safely or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualificationCSCS Card1st Aid CertificateA full valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.Ability to work flexibly including potential out‑of‑hours support as required by project demands.All employment offers are subject to appropriate reference checks, right to work verification, and a satisfactory DBS check.What Sureserve Offers for Site Manager CareersCompany vehicle and fuel card (if applicable for the position)Uniform and mobile deviceSupport for professional development and qualificationsEmployee wellbeing programmes, including occupational health and confidential counselling supportCompetitive annual leave package and enhanced family leave (maternity, paternity)Healthcare cash plan, cycle to work scheme, and electric vehicle leasing optionsInclusive, diverse workplace culture with a Gender & Equality Working GroupSureserve Academy for career progression and learningRegular employee voice activities and team social eventsSureserve Legends rewards programme celebrating exceptional contributionsDiversity and Inclusion at Sureserve Energy Services UKSureserve is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, deeply committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
