You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPIs are met. Responsibilities Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales Update Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers in terms of the market helping the Account Managers identify new opportunities Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings Present a professional image of the company to deliver positive broker experience throughout the broker journey Qualifications Essential Mortgage experience Experience in a telephone‑based role Exceptional relationship building and communication skills Strong objection handling and problem solving skills Desirable CeMAP qualified Business to Business sales experience Additional Information Together embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
