Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the firm’s business development and marketing strategy across target sectors. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, industry partners, and referral networks. Lead and manage key client programmes, including client feedback initiatives and strategic account planning. Prepare high-quality pitches, proposals, capability statements, and marketing materials. Plan and execute client events, seminars, webinars, and strategic marketing campaigns. Oversee digital marketing, including website content, social media presence, and external communications. Support partners in identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing new productised services. Track BD metrics, analyse performance, and provide regular reporting to senior management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in law, business, communications, or marketing is preferred. 3–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship roles, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and work effectively with senior stakeholders and clients. Strong project management capability, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under tight timelines. Proactive, organised, and highly self-motivated. Experience: Not required Languages: Chinese – Advanced.
