Location: West Yorkshire Start Date: ASAP Full‑time | Long‑term role Aspire People is currently seeking a Graduate Teacher Assistant to support a vibrant secondary school throughout the full academic year. This opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience, or aspiring teachers who wish to work in a secondary school before pursuing teacher training. Role Support across KS3-4 working alongside class teachers to deliver high‑quality learning Work across a range of subjects, mainly within your subject specialism or with young people with additional needs Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside of the classroom, helping to raise attainment Full‑time position, with the potential to become a long‑term post for the right candidate A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants You Will Need A degree in core subject, psychology or an education‑related subject Recent, relevant experience working with young people is beneficial Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education Interested?
