Despite its scale, the company retains an agile culture with around 600 employees, offering real opportunities to make an impact and progress quickly.Job DescriptionSupport the daily cash management process, including payments for debt, derivatives, deposits, and FX transactionsMaintain and update the Treasury Management System (currently City Financials), including data input, transaction recording, and report generationAssist with onboarding and compliance for banking counterparties, including KYC reviews and authorised signatory updatesPrepare and maintain documentation for facility and loan compliance (e.g., directors' certificates, covenant calculations, and supporting schedules)Contribute to continuous improvement projects across systems, reporting, and processesKeep accurate and organised documentation, such as reconciliations, checklists, and procedure manualsEnsure full adherence to the Group Treasury Policy and internal controlsProvide general administrative support to the wider Treasury team as requiredThe Successful ApplicantA successful Treasury Administrator should have:Previous experience in a treasury, accounting, or finance role within a relevant industry.Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsHigh attention to detail and accountability for your workSelf-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreamsA collaborative and proactive team playerClear communicator with a problem-solving mindsetWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary of £40,000 - £47,500 per annum.Additional benefits, including a 10% bonus and 15% non-contributory pension.Opportunities to work within a large organisation in the property industry.Permanent position based in London, 4 days per week in office.If you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Treasury Administrator in London, apply now to join a leading organisation in the property industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
