Lecturer/Programme Leader - Digital/Games Design Specialism Kingston College – School of Creative Industries (Level 3 Digital Art, Animation and Games Design). Base Pay Range Permanent, Part‑time (0.6). Responsibilities Teach and create tutorials for a range of software and hardware, including Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3D Studio Max, Game Engines and the Adobe suite (After Effects, Animate, InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator). Utilise 3D printers, green screens, HD video/still cameras and motion‑capture VR (preferred). Produce schemes of work, monitor their delivery, supervise assessment and provide internal verification. Liaise with external verifiers/moderators and coordinate the review and evaluation of courses. Maintain evidence‑based teaching, learning and assessment practices and deliver high‑quality programmes with demonstrable outcomes. Monitor and support at‑risk learners to achieve or exceed their potential. Maintain high personal standards with good planning, preparation, organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail. Qualifications & Experience Relevant degree level or higher qualification. Teaching qualification (or willingness to pursue). Recent and relevant continuous professional development experience. Strong record of delivering high quality learning programmes with positive outcomes. Profound understanding of curriculum developments within digital and games design.
