Location: Hybrid - Leatherhead Office Salary: £68k Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Business Systems to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. Key Responsibilities Design, define and deliver the systems strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and digital transformation priorities. Oversight of system selection, implementation, and lifecycle management. Drive automation, integration and optimisation across platforms to improve efficiency and user experience. Optimise system usage to unlock operational value and improve performance. Lead and develop the Support Systems and Operational Systems teams, fostering a high‑performance culture. Set clear objectives, provide coaching and ensure professional development pathways for team members. Drive a culture of collaboration across IT team and wider, for joint up working around systems, data and IT operations. Requirements Proven experience in a senior systems leadership role, ideally within health or social care. Strong track record of delivering systems strategy and managing complex portfolios. Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, integration tools and automation technologies. Track record in improving user experience. Expertise in governance, compliance and data security frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
