The Firm
Our client is a well-regarded, L500 recognised law firm with a strong Real Estate practice. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly and supportive team on a part-time, fixed-term contract basis.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to fee earners across the Property department, helping ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Responsibilities include:
General administration: file opening/closing, billing, document distribution
Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and external parties
Diary management and organising meetings, rooms, IT/AV and refreshments
Handling calls, emails, voicemail and managing messages for the team
Coordinating expenses, travel arrangements, and conference calls
Audio typing, document production and managing filing systems
Supporting Reception and assisting other secretaries during busy periods
This Legal Secretary opportunity is a part-time, fixed-term contract role, working 3 or 4 days, 9.30am - 5.30pm
Requirements
5+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary
Experience supporting a commercial & residential property team within a law firm (essential)
