OverviewI C Talent is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a warm, friendly school located in Liverpool. This is a rewarding role where you will be making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs).Assist the class teacher in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and confidence building.Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals.Support with personal care where needed (training can be provided).About YouExperience supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.Patient, calm, and nurturing in your approach.Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.A passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.Team Teached but not essential.If you are interested in this position, please click apply and I will call.All applicants will be contacted to discuss suitability and then invited to register with I C TALENT.
