Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated consultant to join our department as a Substantive Consultant in Intensive Care, starting March 2026. Main duties of the job There is a local mentorship programme for newly appointed consultants within the Department. The successful appointee would be expected to actively support and join activities on the ICU including quarterly M&M, Board meetings, weekly Mortality reviews (concurrent with MDT), and twice‑yearly cross site clinical governance meeting when Audit and Quality Improvement Projects are presented.
