You will help drive our Gen X Customer-focused engagement strategy across Tik Tok, YouTube, Meta and beyond.**Where You'll Work*** This role is **hybrid** and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London. 2 days per week.**What You'll Do*** You will implement and execute a dynamic social media engagement strategy focused on Gen X customers across TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, with plans to expand to new live social shopping platforms.* You will be the primary contact for affiliate content creators on TikTok Shop, taking ownership for delivering 70% of TTS revenue in 2026, with guidance from the Senior Social Commerce Specialist.* You will be the main coordinator for external influencer relationships, managing bookings, nurturing partnerships, and driving effectiveness across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.* You'll create proactive engagement strategies to positively influence platform algorithms, support our talent and partners, and boost QVC UK's market presence.* You will monitor the broader social commerce landscape, providing insights and recommendations, engaging in company-approved interactions with competitors, and identifying new opportunities for live social shopping.**What You'll Bring*** You'll have experience with social media management, influencer marketing, or social commerce, within retail, e-commerce, or media.* You have experience with TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, with a track record of building and nurturing creator and influencer relationships.* you are creative, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to devise and execute strategies that deliver measurable impact.* you will have an eye for trends and emerging platforms, with the agility to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.#LI-KH2#LI-Hybridindcomm**Disability Confident Scheme**QVC UK is a Disability Confident Leader, level 3 accredited employer and operates a Disability Confident Scheme (“DCS”).
