A proactive Operations Manager is required to support a specialist public relations/communications consultancy and manage our building in Soho.We are looking for a candidate who understands and can undertake the varied work required to support the smooth running of a busy and close-knit team. This dynamic role reports directly to our directors and is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9am to 6pm. We operate a flexible working policy, and a degree of remote working can be incorporated in this role, but due to the responsibilities of the role we expect the person in this position would be in the office for the majority of the working week.At Cascade, we value entrepreneurship, teamwork, adding value, and putting clients first. Based in our own office in Wardour Mews, Soho, and management of the building is a key aspect of this role.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Provide executive support to Managing Director, including diary management, travel and any admin requiredPlan and organise meetings, events and team-building activities and coordinate internal meeting calendarResponsibility for the smooth running of the office building including liaising with tenants, health and safety and ensuring securityManage office operations, including front-of-house tasksManage office supplies inventory and procurement, as well as supplier relationshipsHandle the administration of HR and performance development, including recruitment and team welfareOversee and coordinate internal and client-facing eventsEnsure business and legal compliance (including health and safety, building safety, insurances)Oversee aspects of client onboardingAdminister timesheet software (training provided)Maintain contact database of clients and consultantsPrepare and distribute internal communications, including announcements and updatesWhat we are looking for:A can-do attitude with a curious nature and a proactive approach to challengesStrong organisational and practical skills with attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Great verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work within a close-knit team and foster a positive work cultureAt least three years’ experience in a similar office manager or operational role, ideally within professional servicesBased in the heart of Soho, play a pivotal role in a growing companyWork in a collaborative, fun and fast-paced environmentOpportunity to make an impact and develop your skillsIf you are interested in this role, please complete the form and upload your CV.
