Chief of Staff - UHNW Entrepreneur (Mayfair) We are looking for an accomplished and experienced Chief of Staff/Senior EA to join this successful UHNW family and support them in every aspect. Primarily supporting the very successful UHNW Principal in both a business and private capacity this is a busy and hands on role. Used to building relationships quickly the role will extend to other family members occasionally to co-ordinate projects so your communication skills and EI will be top notch. You will be point of contact for the Principal and dealing with highly confidential material is second nature to you. You will be career driven and have a rapid response, able to see things through to completion. 10 years + in a high powered Senior EA/CofS role is essential to be considered for this role Astute and used to working in the utmost confidentiality this role will cover from the small to the large projects. Happy to oversee an extensive UHNW lifestyle together with demanding business activities you will need to travel occasionally (Europe). Experienced dealing with big events and high profile occasions you are someone used to dealing with all aspects of a busy and out of hours role. Your experience will be on an international level as well as having a great knowledge of London. Your skills will be first rate and you are used to a changeable and sometimes demanding schedule, dealing with complex logistics and staff. Outstanding written and spoken skills, able to draft communication and documents with professional communication skills. A cv demonstrating a knowledge of private yachts, jets and a luxury lifestyle is needed. A family office or UHNW background is needed of a first rate CV showing support to an UHNW individual with a demanding lifestyle and business life.. Commercially aware and financially able, you will also act as gatekeeper and wingman. Able to make relationships quickly and lead by example is essential. Degree standard preferred with a top international overview. Excellent refurbishment skills would be a major plus and used to dealing with an array of contractors and keeping a tight schedule and balancing budgets Assistance with hiring staff and plugging the gaps in recruitment when needed this is a busy and interesting role for someone with a similar background. Top English skills written and spoken, energy and commitment needed, you will have your own charm and be solutions driven.
