Join to apply for the Trust SENCO role at Enhance Academy Trust Hours per week: 0.8 FTE or Full Time Weeks per year: Term Time only Contract type: Permanent The Opportunity Enhance Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Trust SENCO to support the continued improvement of SEND and inclusive practices across the Trust. The postholder will work under the direction of the Trust's SEND & Inclusion Lead and will provide direct support to SENCOs, school leaders and schools in ensuring effective SEND leadership and practice. This will include a mix of mentoring, training, role modelling and direct support as a qualified SENCO. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and highly motivated teacher and SENCO to join a team of experienced Trust leaders and to work with colleagues across the Trust to impact directly on the quality of teaching, learning and outcomes for SEND pupils within our primary academies.
