Every day is different, and every win, big or small, really matters.What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils who need an extra boost Helping them access lessons, stay focused and build confidence Working 1:1 or in small groups, depending on need Adapting activities and breaking down tasks Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams Creating a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere What we’re looking for You don’t need school experience, but you do need: Patience, empathy and a calm approach Confidence working with young people The ability to build trust quickly A flexible, can-do attitude Experience in youth work, care, SEND or education is a big bonus Why join Protocol Education?
