The role involves working closely with the Programme Manager, stakeholders and the Trust to achieve sustainable future outcomes. Interviews are scheduled for 16th and 17 December 2025. Main duties of the job Work with Programme Manager to deliver identified project objectives. Maintain regular dialogue with stakeholders to identify potential improvement schemes. Co‑ordinate assessment of schemes’ financial value, quality benefits and key risks. Develop the project plan – resources, milestones, owners, KPIs, engagement and communication strategies. Challenge partners on project plans and maximise value within resource constraints. Ensure timely completion of plans and that the pipeline of schemes aligns with the project planning lifecycle. Monitor progress, work with stakeholders, and address issues and risks. Separate value from projects and those associated with other schemes. Provide regular feedback and updates to the programme board. Review project success, identify lessons learned, and outline next steps. Monitor and report on budgets and milestones against the implementation plan. Propose service changes that have a broader impact beyond the area of influence. Transformational projects include complex multi‑dimensional strands with wide‑ranging impact across the OneWolverhampton Partners. The post holder will develop subject matter expertise, facilitate communication across clinical and non‑clinical staff, and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers to ensure clarity, priority and pace of decision‑making. Person Specification Essential Demonstrable experience in complex change environments with multiple stakeholders and securing engagement. Proven organisational, project management and time‑management skills. Ability to engage stakeholders and include relevant tasks in the work‑breakdown structure. Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrable experience. Strong communication skills – confident communication with staff at all levels, including senior management and board‑level meetings. Excellent presentation and report‑writing skills. Desirable Public sector experience. Experience working across organisational boundaries to achieve results. Prince 2 Foundation level or equivalent post‑graduate diploma. ECDL or equivalent qualification/experience in use of Microsoft Office suite.
