OverviewSenior Manager, Global Investment (m/f/d) based in London. Full-time, hybrid role reporting to the Vice President Global Investment. You will drive global growth and expansion by exploring opportunities and supporting the development and execution of NTT GDC's investment strategy.What you will doCreate detailed financial models and return sensitivity analyses for individual investments and aggregated portfolios with complex deal structuresUnderwrite and execute business expansion opportunities via new leases, site and asset acquisitions, M&A, strategic partnerships and joint venturesDraft Investment Committee Memorandums with comprehensive property, return, tenant, market, economic and risk analyses for each acquisitionLead and coordinate due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions through to closingAssist with SPA drafting and negotiations, review leases and service contracts, coordinate with legal counsel on contract issues, and review third-party due diligenceSet up and manage internal calls/meetings, produce/review minutes, and follow up on actions with stakeholdersCreate ad-hoc reports and track progress across various workstreams, reporting to leadershipPerform other tasks and projects as assignedWhat we are looking forSeveral years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition/investment or other real asset classes, including underwriting, valuation and due diligenceA relevant Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or similar professional qualification is desirableStrong understanding of real estate, corporate finance and transaction structuring (ideally with data centers)Proven ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams and to develop project briefsFluency in English required; additional languages are an advantageWillingness to travel for business and short- to mid-term stays abroadAdvanced MS Excel skills and proficient in Word and PowerPoint with excellent financial modelling capabilityEffective communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholdersWhat we offer youAgile company culture with short decision-making paths and opportunities to take initiativeFlexible working time models and mobile working (depending on role)Allowance for public transport and bike usageAllowance for health and wellnessIndividual training and development opportunitiesAdditional benefits such as birthday vouchers, employee advisory program, referral scheme, lunch allowance, and company eventsAdditional notesPlease submit your application in English.About the Global Data Centers divisionGlobal Data Centers is a division of NTT DATA.
