We’re hiring a proactive and results‑driven Logistics Manager to lead our client’s end‑to‑end logistics operations across a high‑volume automotive manufacturing site. You’ll be responsible for inbound and outbound flows, inventory control, transport coordination and supplier interface—ensuring seamless delivery performance and cost efficiency. This is a hands‑on leadership role with strategic oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, lean‑driven environments. Key Responsibilities Manage all site logistics operations including goods receipt, warehousing, line feeding, and outbound shipments. Lead a team of logistics coordinators, warehouse staff, and transport planners. Optimise material flow and inventory levels using lean principles and digital tools. Collaborate with production, procurement, and planning teams to ensure OTIF delivery. Oversee third‑party logistics providers and transport contracts. Monitor KPIs (delivery performance, inventory accuracy, transport costs) and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with health & safety, customs, and environmental regulations. Requirements Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within the automotive or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and warehouse management tools. Experience managing teams and third‑party logistics providers. Knowledge of lean logistics, JIT, and Kanban systems. Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills. Desirable Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms. Familiarity with EV or battery supply chain dynamics.
