Working alongside a multidisciplinary Neurocare team upholding the values of Inspire Neurocare. You will be working 27 hours per week, shift patterns to be agreed based on the needs of the home.No two days are ever the same. Our services are highly specialised, but highly varied, supporting people with a range of neurological conditions and symptoms, including brain injury, spinal injuries, PDOC, progressive conditions and stroke. Whether providing short-term specialist rehabilitation to increase people’s independence, long-term complex care, or end-of-life care, we respond to the needs of each and every individual.What you’ll be doing:You’ll responsible and accountable for physiotherapy assessments and treatment of highly complex neurological conditions.Participate in collecting and analysing clinical audit data and use of relevant outcome measure, carry out clinical risk assessments and complete risk management plans.Advise on mobility and manual handling devices and positioning equipment for residents, and document recommendations and guidance accordingly.Identify and source specialist equipment for all residents with complex physical needs; ensuring all therapy equipment is well maintained, clean and safe to use.Could you be part of our team?Experience of a specialist neurological care environment.Possess relevant qualifications to work as a physiotherapist.Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals.Excellent verbal communicating skills to clearly share information with patients and fellow employees.Strong analytical skills to correctly diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment programs.If this sounds like you and you’re looking for a fulfilling role that makes a genuine impact in the lives of others, this rewarding career is for you.We respect and value our patients and each other.
