About this roleAs Senior Sports Producer you will devise, execute and own the content strategy for the “All Out Football” YouTube channel, collaborating with a high‑profile brand. You will lead a core team, manage the weekly production cycle, and create high‑impact short‑form social video that drives growth and commercial impact. What you’ll do Develop & execute the sports YouTube channel strategy, overseeing weekly production while maintaining a strategic focus. Produce premium short‑ and long‑form video for YouTube and social platforms. Lead a team of Producer, Videographer, Senior Video Editor and Social & Community Channel Manager. Analyse output and performance, and pivot content quickly to maximise engagement. Set and optimise workflows, uphold quality control and embed best practices. Own end‑to‑end production: planning, budgets, schedules, risk management and delivery. Negotiate fees, manage contributor relations and ensure robust duty of care. Partner with senior editorial and commercial teams to shape formats and monetisation. Scout new talent/creators and build a pipeline of guests and collaborators. Use audience insights to refine formats, thumbnails, titles and publishing cadence. What you need to succeed You should be a digital‑first sports content expert with strong directing and editing skills, deeply immersed in the cultural sport conversation and attuned to online trends. You are commercially aware and experienced in creating successful content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, with a proven track record of setting up studio and on‑location shoots across the UK. With exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you work independently and collaboratively within a team. You excel in content development – storyboarding, scripting, editing – and confidently pitch ideas. You entertain a proactive, motivated approach with a positive attitude, thriving under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
