Sales Account Manager – Weldit Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for building long-term customer relationships? At Weldit, we’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Luton, focused on maintaining and growing our valued customer base. Base Pay Range Direct message the job poster from Weldit Hours 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri Salary £35,000 per annum Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients Understand customer needs and provide bespoke product and service solutions Manage timelines, pricing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery and repeat business Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through outreach Promote value-added products and services to increase order value Build strong client relationships through regular contact and project updates Work closely with production to ensure specifications and deadlines are met Share customer insights with marketing and product teams Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance Requirements Proven experience in sales or account management (B2B preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Results-driven approach and a track record of hitting sales targets Background in architectural ironmongery, building products, or the print industry Familiarity with project-based sales and client lifecycle management Experience using CRM systems and quoting software Company Description Weldit are one of the UK's leading finger & kick plate manufacturers.
