The Content Creator will shape our digital presence and brand voice, producing high‑quality content across blogs, social media, campaigns, case studies, and video assets. Position Details Department: MarketingEmployment Type: Permanent – Full TimeLocation: Stratford‑Upon‑AvonReporting To: Interim Marketing ManagerCompensation: £26,800 – £30,000 / year About The Role As a Content Creator you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver a compelling content strategy, ensuring consistency and high quality across all channels. Responsibilities Social Media Own the social media channels for Valpak and manage a consistent, varied strategy. Produce posts that support strategic campaigns and targeted paid social ads. Stay up to date with industry news to share relevant articles. Produce live content from events and site visits. Written Content Produce blogs, case studies and white papers, ensuring SEO best practices. Advise the business on upcoming releases and coordinate launch plans. Transform written content into infographics, videos and social media posts. Conduct a content audit to map materials against buyer‑journey stages. Visual Content Collaborate with design, videography and the wider team to produce videos, imagery and print/digital ads. Attend industry events to capture imagery for social media. Strategic Email and Webinar Content Execute strategic email marketing campaigns, crafting engaging copy. Support the design of webinar content and manage promotion and follow‑up communications. Maintain content on the intranet for accurate colleague information. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in a marketing role or knowledge of the environmental‑compliance sector. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong proofreading. Ability to work independently or collaboratively. Strong organisational skills and professionalism. Creativity to develop effective strategies and campaigns. Ability to build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, external agencies, suppliers, and partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM and CMS applications. Experience with Adobe Suite desirable. Benefits Dual Location / Hybrid worker status.
