Assistant Product Manager

DP World in the UK is at the heart of Britain’s trading future, providing the right trading infrastructure, smart logistical solutions and the benefits of freeport status to our customers.The Commercial Supply Chain team is growing and are looking for an Assistant Product Manager.Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 5.30pm)How you will contribute:Supporting the rollout of the Low Carbon Truck Programme (LCTP) and related servicesConducting market research and sensitivity analysis to identify trends and opportunitiesGathering customer feedback and helping shape product improvementsAssisting in the design, testing, and implementation of new supply chain productsCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliverySupporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and post launch hypercareHelping define operational parameters and improve customer experienceLearning and working with port systems like the (Vehicle Booking System)Assisting with cost tracking, revenue reporting and monthly performance statisticsContributing to solutions for operational challenges and continuous improvementWhat you will bring:Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 5/C or above)A-levels or equivalent preferred; further education is a plusA strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levelsA proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quicklyGood understanding of teamwork in dynamic, evolving environmentsStrong organisational, planning and analytical skillsA good aptitude for learning IT systems and toolsInterest in sustainability, logistics and supply chain innovationNOTE:All of our roles are subject to the below:Eligibility to work in the UK.A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.No unspent criminal convictions.Due to manufacturing guidelines on equipment and site safety critical health and safety requirements, we have strict weight and medical requirements that need to be met and maintained.
