Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Working Hours Monday to Friday – 40 hours over 4 days (7.30am‑6pm) or 38 hours (8am‑6pm) over 4 days. Part time also available over 2 or 3 full days (8am‑6pm). Location The Old Station Nursery Alcester, Kinwarton Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6PX. About Our Nursery The Old Station Nursery Alcester is a proud part of the local community. We are located alongside the River Arrow, within walking distance of the local high street, town museum, and shops. The nursery is made up of three large rooms, all carefully organised to provide age‑appropriate resources and equipment. We are located on Kinwarton Road, a short walk from Alcester town centre and only a 5‑minute drive from the A46 and A435 junction. On‑site parking is available. Role Responsibilities Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
