About the Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where every child can thrive. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll support the delivery of engaging activities that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and build confidence in each child. Key Responsibilities Support the daily running of the nursery in line with the EYFS framework. Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. Assist with feeding, changing, and ensuring children’s wellbeing at all times. Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding and health & safety policies.
